Our Yoga Bolster Inner gives you the same firm, breathable support as our full bolsters, just without the outer cover. Filled with eco-friendly clean buckwheat hulls, this cushion is naturally mouldable, helping you ease into deep stretches, restorative poses, or quiet moments of meditation.

The zipped casing allows adjustment of the fill to suit your body and practice, and is made from 100% cotton (treated with a plant-based flame retardant). The buckwheat hulls are naturally fire-resistant and ideal for maintaining shape without sinking.
