Our wheat seed for sprouting is grown and harvested on our farm, then slowly dried using cool air to preserve its natural germination rate - no overheating, no compromise.

Sprout these seeds year-round and enjoy in muesli, salads, desserts, or other dishes. Wheat sprouts are rich in vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, C and E, as well as iodine, potassium, manganese, sodium, niacin, phosphorus, sulphur, and zinc.
